Gestures is a webcam instrument: the camera tracks your hands and you play the sound. No AI. We pay musicians to post short videos of themselves playing it.

- Set up new accounts for TamberOnce you’re in, you make a new TikTok, Instagram and YouTube account just for your Gestures videos. Your existing accounts stay as they are.
- Post one video a daySend us 3 practice videos first for quick notes. Then post a video a day, the same one on all three apps.
- Get paid every Friday$10 for each video that passes 500 views, plus bonuses when one takes off.
Pay
- $10 per video once it passes 500 views within 7 days, adding up TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. One paid video a day.
- Up to $150 base per 30 days while we test. Bonuses have no cap.
- Paid every Friday for everything since the last payday.
View bonus: the highest level a video reaches within 14 days on its best app. One bonus per video.

Rules
Mark every video as an ad
- "Ad" on screen in the first seconds.
- Say "Tamber’s paying me to play this."
- "#ad" at the start of the caption, and the paid-partnership toggle on.
Required by law (FTC), on the new accounts too.
Play any song, for real
- Any song you want, yours or anyone else’s. Look it up in Gestures and it sets itself up to play it.
- Play it live yourself, never over the original recording.
- No AI music, voices, avatars or stock footage.

Is it AI?
No. Gestures is an instrument: the camera tracks your hands and you play the sound. Nothing is generated.
Why new accounts?
They’re where the program lives: only videos on your Tamber accounts earn the $10. A video on your main account can still earn view bonuses.
What can I play?
Any song you like, your own or someone else’s. Search for it in Gestures and it sets up the notes for you. Just play it live, never over the original recording.
What if a video doesn't get 500 views?
No $10 for that one. Keep posting. New accounts take a few days to warm up, and views on all three apps count together.
Can I make more than $150?
Yes, through bonuses, which have no cap. And once one of your videos hits 50k views, your base goes to $15 a video.
Can Tamber use my videos?
Yes. We can repost them and run them as ads for 90 days. If one runs as a paid ad, you get a one-time $50.
Do I need a lot of followers?
No. We look at how you play on camera, so send your best performance video.
Is there a contract?
A short agreement when you join. You can stop anytime.
