Purchases via Tamber Website

If you are not satisfied with a purchase made through Tamber's website, please contact our support team to request a refund.

Refund requests are reviewed in accordance with the following:

  1. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase.
  2. Refunds are generally not provided after this period unless required by applicable law or in cases involving fraudulent activity.
  3. Refunds apply only to the initial subscription purchase and do not extend to renewal payments.
  4. Tamber may deny refund requests where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, or misuse of the service, including attempts to continue using the service after a refund has been issued. We do not provide refunds or credits for price changes or promotional discounts applied after a purchase, except where required by applicable law or the policies of our payment provider.
  5. Promotional discounts must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.
